Lest We Forget – Abuse in Catholic Mother and Baby Homes

I am a writer with Travellers’ Voice magazine, and proud of it as I get to meet some of the most interesting people in the country and beyond. This story, although fascinating, is a heartbreaking account of what far too many women had to endure in the 20th Century Ireland at the hands of those who were charged with their wellbeing.
This is the story of Mary Teresa Collins and it doe not make for an easy read.
